As you all know, DOOM 3 has been a greatly anticipated game. It is just totally awesome! The darkness puts a great scary
effect to the game. The lighting effects are revolutionary, but it gets boring and predictable after a while. You can tell
when you are about to trigger something and a thousand nasty things will be coming from. The darkness is cool, but at times
it is just annoying.
If your computer has DIRECT X 7 capability, you should be able to run
it, but the graphics will be very bad. A computer has yet to run the graphics to optimum without lag. This has revoutionary
graphics for powerful computers, but if yours isn't powerful, the graphics will be pretty bad, but playable.
The storyline is the same as the first DOOM, and you get the story line through
e-mails, instead of through in game movies.
The Demo was released a week ago, and it gives a good chunk of the game, 3 levels
are available, and to be honest, I think the demo is all you need, much more gameplay after that, and you will probably get
bored.
